- Signing the contract directly
- Advance payment. Monthly payment during the agreed period
- Visit the construction site, control over the compliance of construction processes with the design project (once a week)
- Photo and video reports in the Telegram group
- Selection of finishing materials, electrical accessories, floor coverings, individual elements according to the project (visits, if necessary, to the salon once a week)
- Procurement schedule of finishing materials
- Recommendations for the selection of contractors, as well as further work with them
- Submitting commercial offers and invoices. Organization of deliveries, work with consumer complaints
- Planned purchase of finishing materials according to the schedule
- Providing designer discounts and conditions
- Maintaining of a pivot table with the total project budget
- Сontrol over elimination of defects (walls restoration, equipment overlay etc.)
